100% 14K Solid Gold (nickel free) curved barbell, reverse or top-down style (barbell curves behind dangle), with four dangling round crystal clear cubic zirconia stones. The stones are 6.5mm, 6mm, 5mm and 4mm. Dangle is about 1" long and is very similar to style shown in the recent Victoria's Secret catalog!

5/32" (4mm) diameter top ball. Threaded balls from other body jewelry will not fit on this piece. Click on link above for information about this special threading.

Available in Yellow Gold or White Gold, 14 gauge or 16 gauge. This piece is available in two styles. Style A has largest stone at the top and Style B has largest stone at the bottom.
