The secret is a thin, washable rare Earth 24K Gold backing Magnet. This feature makes it possible to wear Magnetic Body Jewelry safely and comfortably. Silver Magnetic Stud-1/8" diameter with a 5/16" washable, gold plated, magnetic backing.

Instructions: Slip the backing magnet inside the nose, between the lip and gum, or anywhere behind the ear. Then place the jewelry on the front. The backing and jewelry hold each other in place magnetically, giving the effect of a piercing.
