The end piece is small, flat and clear, they really hide the piercing! The straight part of the screw is about 5/16" long. The screw portion is flexible making them comfortable to wear... the long tail can even be carefully trimmed to the desired length.

INSERTION: The use of water based lubricant such as KY is recommended for insertion. Some might want to use a retainer that is a guage thinner than the actual piercing to comfortably accommodate the larger end piece.
