This piece comes with two separate pieces, the barbell and the shield. The 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel barbell is available 18 gauge or 16 gauge 5/16" (8mm) long. Barbell has with two 1/8" (3mm) diameter, externally threaded stainless end balls. The shield is made high quality polished brass with a nickel free and hypo allergic plating a row of dark blue stones. The shield is about 1" long and 1/2" wide at widest point.

22 gauge or 20 gauge barbells available in Nickel Free, 14K Solid White Gold for an additional cost. We cannot get stainless steel straight barbells in 22 gauge or 20 gauge at this time. Buy one and use with all our cartilage shields!
