18 gauge, 16 gauge or 14 gauge high quality polished brass shield (cuff) with nickel free, hypo-allergic plating. Straight barbell is available in 18 or 16 gauge 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. 22 gauge or 20 gauge barbells available in Nickel Free, 14K Solid White Gold for an additional $44.99. We cannot get stainless steel straight barbells in 22 gauge or 20 gauge at this time. These are sold individually, not in pairs. Photo is enlarged to show detail.

This piece comes with two separate pieces, the barbell and the shield. The 316LVM Surgical Grade Stainless Steel barbell is 3/8" (10mm) long and is available in 18 gauge or 16 gauge (stainless steel) or 22 gauge or 20 gauge (white gold for an additional $44.99). Barbells have two 1/8" (3mm) diameter, externally threaded end balls. The shield has cutout hearts. Shield is 3/8" (10mm) X 3/8" (10mm).
