Stone measures 1.5mm diameter. Martini glass-shaped stone is designed to lay flat against your nose. This is a genuine precious stone -- not lab grown. Available in Ruby or Sapphire (Emerald is currently sold out). 20-gauge. Stem (straight part of screw) measures 7mm (just under 1/4"). There is a small bulb at the end of these stems. These stems cannot be bent. Sapphire is the September birthstone. Ruby is the July birthstone.
