BodySparkle Return Policy Agreement

14K Gold & Platinum Body Jewelry-All 14K gold and platinum body jewelry pieces sold on the BodySparkle web site are custom made to order, must be pre-paid at time of ordering with a credit card and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. The only exceptions are some 14K gold nose jewelry pieces which may be returned as long as they are still in the unopened sealed bag they were shipped in. These exceptions are noted in each individual product description. You may contact us by telephone or e-mail to check whether or not a product can be returned before ordering it.

We urge you to take the time to measure the jewelry that fits you properly to determine the size you need before you order. Please refer to our measuring chart or a piercing professional to determine the proper size before ordering any body jewelry.

Re-Stocking Fee
United States Orders-A $2.99 re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges shipping within the United States and all it's territories, including APO & FPO addresses. The $2.99 return fee is per order, not per item.
Canada & Mexico-Returns for refund will be charged the USD$2.99 re-stocking fee. Exchanges will be charged a re-stocking/re-shipping fee of USD$12. This includes the shipping fee for the exchange.
Countries Outside of North America-Returns for refund will be charged the USD$2.99 re-stocking fee. Exchanges will be charged a re-stocking/re-shipping fee of USD$14.00. This includes the shipping fee for the exchange.

Piercing Jewelry must be returned still sealed in original packaging-We ship all body piercing jewelry in individually sealed plastic bags. This allows the customer to examine size, quality, color, etc. before opening sealed bag. Do not open sealed bag until you are sure you wish to keep the product. To prevent transmission of disease and to address the health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewelry unless jewelry is returned to BodySparkle in the original, sealed bag that it was shipped in, and the bag has not been opened or otherwise tampered with. Body piercing jewelry includes all jewelry worn in any piercings in your body. This includes, navel rings, tongue barbells, eyebrow jewelry, nose jewelry, nipple rings, ear rings/jewelry, etc.

Fake Piercing Jewelry Not Returnable-Fake body jewelry such as Illusion Tongue Balls, Magnetic Studs and Clip on Hoops are not returnable because they are often used in the nose and mouth. All sales are final on these types of items. This does not apply to ear cuffs, finger rings and toe rings, which are returnable.

All Products Guaranteed-We guarantee all our jewelry to be 100% free of manufacturer defects. Defective jewelry will be replaced with the identical item only. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Defective or damaged items, or items returned for other reasons, must be reported to BodySparkle within 7 days of receipt by customer.

We are not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. By purchasing from BodySparkle, you agree that you know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing type, and you know how to care for your piercing jewelry and your piercing.
