Clear Monofilament Septum Retainer. Flexible and unbreakable. They are especially effective in a Septum Piercing because they make this very visible piercing nearly invisible! Simply flip it up inside your nose. Retainer is about 1/4" wide (6mm-inside measurement) and 5/16" (8mm) long.

Available in 16 gauge or 14 gauge. Insertion: The use of a water based lubricant such as KY if you have difficulty inserting the retainer.
