.925 Sterling Silver Nose Bone with 1/8" (3mm) diameter heart. Heart is flat on top. 22 gauge. Straight part of stem is about 5mm long. There is a small bulb at the end of ths stem. This stem cannot be bent. Heart is about 3mm diameter.
Sterling silver items can be discolored and damaged by chlorine found in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water.
