This will hide your nostril piercing better then any retainer out there. The Screw is 18 gauge in thickness with the end piece being slightly larger. The end piece is small, flat and clear, they really hide the piercing! The straight part of the screw is about 5/16" long. The screw portion is flexible making them comfortable to wear... the long tail can even be carefully trimmed to the desired length. Taking a picture was difficult as these are completely clear. INSERTION: The use of water based lubricant such as KY is recommended for insertion. Some might want to use a retainer that is a guage thinner than the actual piercing to comfortably accommodate the larger end piece GUARANTEE: These nose retainers are guaranteed against breakage for life.
