This item is suitable for labret piercings, lip piercings, monroe piercings, medusa piercings, tragus piercings, cartilage piercings and other ear piercings. 16 gauge or 14 gauge, internally threaded. Bio-Flex shaft available in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" or 1/2" length. Star is about 3mm diameter. Threads are on the ball, not the shaft. We recommend that you don't switch ends to often as this will quickly enlarge the hole on the bioplastic stem and cause the gem to fall out.
