This item is suitable for labret piercings, lip piercings, monroe piercings, medusa piercings, tragus piercings, cartilage piercings and other ear piercings. 16 gauge or 14 gauge, internally threaded. Bio-Flex shaft available in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" or 1/2" length. Heart is about 3.5mm diameter. Threads are on the ball, not the shaft.
