This item has a comfort fit base to fit comfortably on your lip. This item is suitable for labret piercings, lip piercings, monroe piercings, medusa piercings, tragus piercings, cartilage piercings and other ear piercings. 316L surgical stainless steel stem is 18 gauge and available in 1/4", 5/16" or 3/8" length. Top round gem is 2.5mm diameter, 1.2mm high and is designed to lay flat. Stem is internally threaded, which means the threads stick out of the ball and screw into a hole in the labret stem.
