Barbell has with two 1/8" (3mm) diameter, externally threaded stainless end balls. The shield is made high quality polished brass with a nickel free and hypo allergic plating a row of dark blue stones. The shield is about 1" long and 1/2" wide at widest point. 22 gauge or 20 gauge barbells available in Nickel Free, 14K Solid White Gold for an additional cost.
