This is a medium size stone for a nose bone. Straight part of stem available in 1/4" (6mm-average) or 5/16" (8mm-long). Length is measured between bottom of top ball and beginning of curve. (do not include top ball or curved part of shaft in measurement). Now available with screw curved for left nostril or right nostril. Gauge is the thickness of the post. Gauges available: 22 gauge-thinnest gauge, thickness of a regular earring 20 gauge-slightly thicker than 22 gauge 18 gauge-thicker than 20 gauge. The gauge most piercers use (but not all) There is a small bulb at the end of these stems. These stems cannot be bent. This item is hand made in the USA.
