Credit Card Fraud Protection Policy

BodySparkle is working hard to protect your credit card information when shopping online. We know that many people are nervous about shopping online with their credit card. We have instituted a new Credit Card Fraud Protection Policy to verify cardholder identity before charging their credit card.

Effective immediately, the credit card billing address and phone number entered on the BodySparkle web site for an order, must exactly match the billing address and phone number on file with the credit card issuer. If the information does not match exactly, we will attempt to contact the person placing the order and request the correct information. If we cannot verify the address and telephone number with the credit card issuer, the order will be cancelled.

All orders shipping to an address other than the bill to address, will be verified with the credit card holder. Again, the credit card billing address and phone number entered on the BodySparkle web site, must exactly match the billing address and phone number on file for the credit card company. If the information does not match exactly, we will attempt to contact the person placing the order and request the correct information. If we cannot verify the address and telephone number with the credit card issuer, the order will be cancelled.

If we cannot contact the credit card holder at the telephone number on file with the credit card issuer, to verify that they authorized the order, the order will be cancelled.

This process can take a few days if we are unable to reach the person placing the order and will delay the shipping of an order. It is important to enter the correct phone number on your order so we can contact you with any questions.
