Order/Shipping Policies

Hello international friends! If you live anywhere outside the United States, please read the following page very carefully. Here you will find all the details regarding our International Order Payment & Shipping Policies.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Orders Shipping Outside the United States can only be shipped to the billing address on your credit card statement! For security purposes, we may request a copy of your credit card statement to be faxed to us at 847-526-9903 for verification before we can process your order. If we require a copy of your statement to process your order, we will contact you via email. If we do not request a copy of your credit card statement, your order will be processed normally.

We use the US Postal Service and UPS for deliveries outside the United States. Delivery times vary, depending on your location and type of shipping service you choose. Delivery times can be affected by the Customs procedures in your country, weather and other outside influences. All shipments made by the US Postal Service or UPS are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those companies. BodySparkle cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, disasters or other service interruptions that are beyond our control . BodySparkle is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are imposed on shipments to your country.

We cannot track USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipments outside the United States, but all shipments include insurance. If you need faster delivery, International Express Mail or UPS is also available for shipments outside the US. Additional charges will apply. If you would like your order delivered more quickly than International Priority, let us know an we will quote a shipping cost for International Express Mail.

International Shipping Charges

International Shipments to Canada Only-First Class Mail (approx. 4-25 days for delivery)

Shipments up to USD $100.00 value-USD $4.00
Shipments USD $101.00 to USD $200.00 value-USD $5.00
Shipments USD $201.00 to USD $300.00 value-USD $6.00
Shipments USD $301.00 to USD $400.00 value-USD $8.00
Orders totaling over $400 will be charged USD $10.00, but shipping may be more. If the shipping charge is higher than USD $10.00, we will contact you to make sure you approve shipping before charging you.

International Shipments to Canada or Mexico-Priority Mail (approx 4-10 days for delivery)- USD $15.00

International Shipments to Countries Outside of North America- USD $17.00 (some countries may cost more than $17.00. If you shipping charge is more, we will contact you for approval before charging you).

UPS (United Parcel Service)
We now offer UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping options for shipping outside the United States. Real time rates are calculated when you place your order. A signature will be required on all UPS shipments. If possible, we will ship an UPS orders the same day order is placed, but that is not guaranteed. If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, please contact us and let us know via telephone or e-mail. UPS shipments cannot be delivered on Saturdays (except for an additional fee-call for rates).

We usually ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will contact you with an estimated ship date to ship the entire order and give you the option of cancelling the order with full credit, or waiting until the stock comes in. We usually receive stock within 3-5 days and we do try to keep everything in stock at all times. We always send a free piece of jewelry with every back order. If you order multiple items, and one item is on back order, the entire order will be held and entire order will ship when out of stock item is received. We do not send partial shipments outside the United States.

Payment Via Non-US Credit Card

All orders shipping outside the US must ship to the address on the credit card statement. In some cases, we may ask for a copy of your credit card statement to be faxed to us so we can verify your information. This is because credit and debit cards issued outside the United States cannot be verified through the automated system that we use. If you feel uncomfortable doing this, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is personal. We are only interested in seeing the account number, billing name and address, and the issuing bank name and phone number. We will call the issuing bank and verify the account information, such as name, address and telephone number. We will also call the phone number on the account to verify the order.

We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately, international on-line fraud is very common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified. This is for your protection, as well as ours.

Checks and Money Orders

If you wish, you may also send us a Cashiers Check or Money Order through the mail. These payments must be in US Funds. Please make your money order payable to BodySparkle.

When you choose check or money order as method of payment, after you submit your order, you will get an order form that you can print out and mail to us with your payment. If you do not have a printer, just write your order out on a piece of paper. Include the order number, your full name, address and telephone number (in case we need to contact you about your order. Please do not send any payments in without any contact or order information, or we will not know what to do with your payment.
