Summary of Return Policy:
A $2.99 re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges shipping within the United States and all it's territories, including APO & FPO addresses. The $2.99 return fee is per order, not per item. If you return two orders at the same time, only one $2.99 fee will be charged.
The majority of our returns are due to items ordered in the wrong size. We urge you to take the time to measure the jewelry that fits you properly to determine the size you need, before you order! We provide a free Measuring Chart that you can print at home and use to measure your jewelry.

Orders shipping outside the United States:Canada & Mexico
Returns for refund will be charged the USD$2.99 re-stocking fee. Exchanges will be charged a re-stocking/re-shipping fee of USD$9.00. This includes the shipping fee for the exchange.
Countries Outside of North America

To prevent transmission of disease and to address the health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewelry unless jewelry is returned to BodySparkle in the original, sealed bag that it was sent in, and the bag has not been opened or otherwise tampered with.
We ship all body piercing jewelry in individually sealed plastic bags. This allows the customer to examine size, quality, color, etc. before opening sealed bag. Do not open sealed bag until you are sure you wish to keep the product. See return procedures below.
Body piercing jewelry includes all jewelry worn in any piercings in your body. This includes, navel rings, tongue barbells, eyebrow jewelry, nose jewelry, nipple rings, ear rings/jewelry, etc.
We guarantee all our jewelry to be 100% free of manufacturer defects. Defective jewelry will be replaced with the identical item only. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Shipments are verified by weight to ensure that all items ordered are included in package.
Defective or damaged items, or items returned for other reasons, must be reported to BodySparkle within 7 days of receipt by customer.
We are not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. By purchasing from BodySparkle, you agree that you know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing type, and you know how to care for your piercing jewelry and your piercing. If you do not know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing type, we suggest that you consult with a licensed, reputable piercing professional, before you purchase any body piercing jewelry.

If you are not sure what size or gauge to order, we have created a Body Jewelry measuring chart that you can print and use to measure jewelry you already have, or to visualize what other sizes are available. Please follow the directions for printing the measuring chart exactly so measurements will be accurate. Do not use measuring chart from your computer screen. It will not be accurate. Tongue jewelry can be affected by what you eat or drink. Highly acidic or alcoholic food or drinks can cause tongue jewelry, whether stainless, titanium,14K gold or acrylic, to be discolored or to deteriorate. This discoloration may or may not be removed by cleaning the jewelry with the proper cleaning solution.
Acrylic balls can be easily striped if over-tightened. Please take care when tightening acrylic balls. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Acrylic balls can also be damaged by cleaning with alcohol. Do not immerse or clean acrylic body jewelry in alcohol. They will shatter. Threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose while being worn.
Return Policy for 14K Gold Body Jewelry:
All 14K gold basic body jewelry pieces, such as captive rings, spirals, curved, straight or circular, 14 Gauge and larger, are custom made to order and are not returnable. Please refer to our measuring chart, or a piercing professional to determine the proper size before ordering any body jewelry.
All of the 14K gold Belly Button Rings featured on the BodySparkle Body Jewelry Web Site are customer made to your specifications and are not returnable. Please refer to our measuring chart, or a piercing professional to determine the proper size before ordering any body jewelry.
All sales of 14 gauge and larger 14K gold body jewelry are final. Items are still guaranteed against manufacturer defects.
BodySparkle is not responsible for damage to jewelry caused by outside sources. Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. If you are unsure about the proper care of your piercing jewelry, we recommend that you consult a licensed, reputable piercing professional.
We also recommend that you do not sleep in Dangling Belly Button Rings. The dangles can become snagged in the bedcovers and break. Use the same rule of thumb that you would use for earrings. You usually don't sleep in fancy dangling earrings.
Return Instructions
Defective or damaged items, or items returned for any reason, must be reported to BodySparkle within 7 days of receipt.
Body Piercing Jewelery must be returned in original, sealed bag that has not been opened or otherwise tampered with. Non-piercing body jewelry can be returned by customer within 7 days from date of receipt for credit or exchange, except for Illusion Tongue Balls or Magnetic Studs. All items must be unopened, unused, unworn, in absolutely brand new condition, and with original packaging to BodySparkle, for credit or exchange for another item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and/insurance on the package you return to us. We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.We do not refund shipping charges.
There is a $2.99 handling/shipping fee on all returns and exchanges.
We do not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will be refused.
Returns not packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail will be refused.

If an item is returned because the wrong size, style, etc. was ordered as long as it is in original sealed bag that has not been opened, a refund will be issued, or replacement item sent according to instructions from customer. Replacement items are sent via first class mail unless customer requests and pays for faster shipping method. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $2.99 handling fee.
Upon receiving an item returned because of manufacturer defects, the returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt by BodySparkle. If defects are found, the item will be replaced with the identical item. Returned body piercing jewelry is never re-sold. It is kept on file as proof that we do not sell used jewelry. We are very concerned about the health of our customers and we will never sell jewelry that has been worn.
