We recommend consulting with a professional piercer to help determine if a particular material or piercing jewelry style will work for your piercing. Information regarding jewelry types for piercings is for informational purposes only and may not apply to all individuals. We recommend sterilizing all piercing jewelry before use. Please consult your piercing professional for sterilization instructions.
We do not accept credit cards that are not issued by U.S. Banks or prepaid gift cards that do not have an address associated with them. The system must be able to verify the billing address on any payment card used with the card issuer in order to complete an order. Credit cards issued outside the United States an and prepaid cards do not use the Address Verification System and therefore cannot be verified. We do accept PayPal and ApplePay as alternatives.
What size or gauge Body Jewelry Size Should I Order?
It is impossible for us to tell what size body jewelry you need for your particular piercing. There is no "standard" size that all Piercing Professionals use. We can tell you the most common sizes and gauges used for a particular piercing, but that will not necessarily be the size that you have. The only way to accurately determine the size you need is to contact the piercer and ask what gauge you were pierced with or measure the jewelry you are wearing and use that as a guide line for new body jewelry purchases. How long will it take to get my order?
We usually ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If we are out of stock on an item that you order, we will contact you via email with an estimated ship date. You will not be charged for a back ordered item until it ships. We usually receive stock within 3-5 days (with the exception of custom made 14K gold pieces. See 14K gold policies for details). We send a free piece of jewelry with every back order for the inconvenience.

What types of payment does Body Sparkle accept?
We accept all major credit cards, most debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay. Click here for details.

Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipping to the State of Illinois. The sales tax rate is 7%. As of 1/1/2018, Washington State passed a law that may require us to report sales into Washington State, even though we do not collect the sales tax. Other states may pass similar laws in the future that will require us to report sales. Please review the Sales Tax laws in your state so you know what your responsibilities are regarding sales tax. BodySparkle is not responsible for the payment of sales tax that it does not collect.

Do you ship outside the U.S. (including APO addresses)?

Do you accept orders over the phone?
We happily accept phone orders at 847-526-9902. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Central Standard Time, but we may answer chats and emails during off hours. Can you apply a coupon to an order after it is placed?
Once an order is finalized a coupon cannot be added. However we can apply the amount of the discount as a store credit for use on a future order. You must have an account set up on our web site.

What material is your body piercing jewelry made from?

The barbells on all of our Body Piercing Jewelry are made of 316L surgical stainless steel, unless otherwise designated as 14K gold, sterling silver, bioflex or titanium, etc.

Is the Body Sparkle Internet Store secure?
Yes, ordering online with us is safe and secure. Our online order system is secured using SSL and Authorize.net Payment Services and we do not store credit card numbers on our web site or in our office.

We use a secure web server for all credit card transactions to help ensure that purchases you make from our Web site are protected. You will notice that when you check out of our store the URL changes to https:// and your browser changes in appearance. FireFox displays a blue line at the address bar and a padlock in the lower right corner. Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Netscape Communicator display a closed padlock at the bottom of the window. These changes indicate that you are checking out on a secure server.

BodySparkle's identity has been verified by GeoTrust, Inc, a third party validation of a website identity. We are authorized to display the TrustLogo on our web site. Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. Our inventory changes too often to keep a printed catalog up to date. All of our products are listed on our web site.
