If a manufacturer defect is discovered after opening the sealed package, please contact us immediately.

Get Return Authorization by sending an email to: CustomerService@BodySparkle.com for a return authorization number. Please include your name, order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number via e-mail.

Be sure to package the return items in padded envelope so they do not get damaged in the mail. We recommend getting a tracking number for your returned package. BodySparkle is not responsible for returned packages not received by us or damaged in the mail. Items returned in unpadded business envelopes will be refused.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All returns must be reported to BodySparkle within 30 days of receipt by customer. Manufacturer defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt by customer.

All Body Piercing Jewelry items must be returned unopened, unused, unworn, in brand new condition, and in the original, sealed bag. The bag must not have been opened or otherwise tampered with. Non-piercing body jewelry may be returned by customer within 30 days from date of receipt for credit or exchange. Illusion Tongue Balls and Magnetic Studs are not eligible for return. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance on the package you return to us. Bodysparkle is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. We do not refund shipping charges.

If an item is returned because the wrong size, style, etc. was ordered-and the items are still in the original sealed bag that has not been opened-a refund will be issued, or a replacement item will be sent, according to instructions from the customer. Replacement items are sent via first class mail unless customer requests and pays for faster shipping method. All returns and exchanges are subject to the $3.99 handling fee outlined above, except exchanges shipping outside the US, will be charged the shipping cost for shipping a new order to your country.

We do not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will be refused. Returns not packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail will be refused. Do not send returns in regular, unpadded envelopes. These envelopes go through machinery at the post office that damages the jewelry. This is especially important with nose jewelry and belly button rings. Returns received in unpadded envelopes or in padded envelopes without necessary padding inside to protect the jewelry, will be refused and returned to you.

RETURN FEES

A $3.99 per order return processing fee per order will be charged on all returns and exchanges shipping within the United States and all its territories, including APO & FPO addresses. The $3.99 return fee is per order, not per item and includes the cost for shipping out exchanged items.

Returns on orders shipping to Canada and Countries Outside of North America requesting a refund will be charged the USD $3.99 return processing fee. Exchanges will be charged the full cost of shipping a new order out to Canada. This is the shipping fee for the exchange.

PROCESSING REFUNDS FOR RETURNS

After BodySparkle processes a refund, you will receive a receipt from our payment processor via email. Please check your spam folder for emails from BodySparkle if you do not receive your receipt. Please note that it typically takes 3-7 days for your bank or credit card to post the refund to your account. You can usually contact your bank or credit card after 24 hours to ensure that the refund is pending, even if it has not appeared on your account yet.

Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all our jewelry to be 100% free of manufacturer defects and shipped as ordered in individually sealed plastic bags. All items are carefully inspected and measured before shipping. Shipments are verified by weight to ensure that all items ordered are included in your package. Body piercing jewelry includes all jewelry worn in any piercing in your body: navel rings, cartilage jewelry, tragus jewelry, tongue barbells, eyebrow jewelry, nose jewelry, nipple rings and ear rings/jewelry, etc.

Due to the intimate nature of body piercing jewelry and to protect the health of our customers, we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewelry unless it is returned to BodySparkle unopened in the original, sealed bag it was shipped in. Please examine the size, quality, color, etc. of your jewelry-and inspect it for defects-before opening the sealed bag. The bag must not have been opened or otherwise tampered with. Do not open the sealed bag until you are sure you wish to keep the product. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for items that have not been removed from the individually sealed plastic bag.

If a manufacturer defect is discovered after opening the sealed package, please contact us immediately. Defective or damaged items must be reported to BodySparkle within 7 days of receipt by customer. If your jewelry has a manufacturer's defect - essentially, a mistake in the manufacturing process as determined by the manufacturer - BodySparkle will gladly replace your body piercing jewelry with the exact same item at no charge to you. In fact, we'll even cover the cost of your return, insured via regular US mail. Simply notify us and we will send a postage paid return envelope for the defective item. .. Upon receiving an item returned because of manufacturer defects, the returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt by BodySparkle. If defects are found, the item will be replaced with the identical item only. Returned body piercing jewelry is never re-sold. It is kept on file as verification that we do not sell used jewelry. We value the health of our customers and never sell jewelry that has been worn. Our product quality guarantee covers manufacturer's defects only. BodySparkle is not responsible for damage to jewelry caused by outside sources. If you are unsure about the proper care of your piercing jewelry, we recommend that you consult with a licensed, reputable piercing professional. We offer some advice in our product descriptions. Please note that loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by accident or abuse does not constitute a manufacturer's defect. Be careful not to snag jewelry with prong set stones on clothing bedding, towels and washcloths, etc.

We accept returns on sealed body piercing jewelry and all other items for 30 days from date of shipping. Any item that is shipped as ordered, but returned due to incorrect size, color, style, etc being ordered by customer will incur a $3.99 return fee per order. We strongly encourage you to verify your order after you have placed the item in the shopping cart to ensure you have not made any errors in your order and to read your order confirmation email. Also be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct and complete. Orders shipped to incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. By purchasing from BodySparkle, you agree that you know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing, and you know how to care for your piercing jewelry and your piercing. If you do not know what piercing jewelry type, size and material is best for your piercing, we suggest that you consult with a licensed, reputable piercing professional, before you purchasing any body piercing jewelry.

Fake Piercing Jewelry Not Returnable

Fake body jewelry such as Illusion Tongue Balls, Magnetic Studs and Clip on Hoops are not returnable because they are often used in the nose and mouth. All sales are final on these types of items. This does not apply to ear cuffs, finger rings and toe rings, which are returnable.

Custom Items Cannot be Cancelled or Returned

All custom made items will have to be pre-paid with a credit card and the item cannot be cancelled once the manufacturer has started producing it. Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. We urge you to take the time to measure the jewelry that fits you properly to determine the size you need before you order. Please refer to our measuring chart or a piercing professional to determine the proper size before ordering any body jewelry.

The majority of our returns are due to items ordered in the wrong size. We urge you to take the time to measure the jewelry that fits you properly to determine the size you need before you order. If you are not sure what size or gauge to order, we have a free Online Body Piercing Jewelry Measuring App on our web site as well as a printable measuring chart that you can print at home and use to measure jewelry you already have or to visualize what other sizes are available. Please follow the printing directions exactly so that the measurements will be accurate. Do not use the measuring chart from your computer screen. It will not be accurate.
